Pittsburgh Topographic Map

Our highly-accurate topographic maps are made by cutting out thin layers of either cherry or maple wood and then stacking them one on top of the other to reveal the true-to-life relief of the landscape.

These maps are framed in house in a modern black frame without glass.

Because these maps are handmade out of thin layers of wood, the woodgrain will vary from one map to another and we encourage you to avoid hanging them in direct sunlight or potentially damp areas.
