Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

All orders placed through Squirrel Hill Design and Craft are one-time purchases. We do not offer subscriptions, recurring billing, or free trials.

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it promptly. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at erin@squirrelhilldesignandcraft.com. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests made before your order has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a return in accordance with our refund policy.

Made-to-Order Items (Including Wood Maps and Custom Orders): Some items, including wood maps and custom orders, are made to order and require significant time and materials to produce. If a standard wood map order is cancelled, a 75% refund will be issued. If a custom order is cancelled, a 50% refund will be issued. These partial refunds apply regardless of the stage of production.
