The sign might’ve changed, but Pittsburghers haven’t. This Mt. Washington throwback keeps Iron City Beer right where we remember it, overlooking the city.
Erected in 1921, the sign has advertised several businesses over it's over 100 year history. Pittsburgh Brewing Company aka Iron City Beer held it from 1938 till the mid 1950s and again from 2020-2024 when it was replaced by (another) insurance company. (looking at you Acrisure..)
